The membership is open to all Indian citizens. Whereas the Settler / Author of the Trust, the Managing Trustee and the other trustees have paid Rs.1100/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred only) to form the Trust-fund, the admission charges for various categories of membership were reviewed and decided as follows:

a) Active Members (based in Delhi) - Rs.1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) per annum.
b) Members (outside Delhi) - Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) per annum.
c) Life Member (one-time payment) - Rs.6000/- (Rupees Six Thousand Only) per annum.
d) Student concessions remained as before.

Note: Income Tax Exemption under section 80G(5)(vi) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 in favour of the Patriots’ Forum.
