The objectives for which this Public Charitble Trust has been established are:

1. To work for matters concerning India’s national interest in the fields of:

   • Internal/external security
   • Clean, safe, and healthy environment
   • Poverty alleviation
   • Eradication of illiteracy and promotion of education
   • Fostering Indian Civilisational Values
   • Fostering Nationalism and Patriotism
   • Creating awareness about Fundamental Duties as enshrined in Article 51-A of the Indian Constitution.

2. To file and prosecute public interest litigation in various courts of competent jurisdiction on the issues, which have connection and bearing with the objectives of the Trust and generally for humanist causes and matters of general public interest.

3. To work for and pursue any other objective approved by 60% majority of Board of Trustees. However, the additional objective shall always be in the larger public interests and not for the welfare or benefit of the Trustees.

4. To provide social-economic help/assistance to poor and needy people.

5. To enter into any arrangement with the State or Central Government and any other Semi-Government organisation, co-operative banks, bodies or organisatgion to implement the aims and objectives of the Trust.

6. To estabilish, adapt or maintain Chapters in different parts of India and abroad.

7. All acts/activities or programme shall be non-profitable and shall be done on NO PROFIT NO LOSS BASIS.
